Hope Ranch Lavender is a family owned and operated farm in Hood River, Oregon. If you are celebrating with a big group or an intimate gathering the picturesque landscape and open vistas at Hope Ranch will serve as the most beautiful backdrop for your outdoor event.

The magic at Hope Ranch begins in June. The small delicate English lavender is in full bloom with its unique purple and white rows. The large French lavender is more green than purple but gaining in size and color every day.

Hope Ranch Lavender is at its peak bloom in July. The large French lavender overwhelms the landscape in fragrant purple blooms. Walk down the rows of waist high brilliantly purple lavender and enjoy the views of the snow capped Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams from the lavender field. July is an unbelievably gorgeous experience at Hope Ranch.

In mid August the flowers begin to dull their color but the drama of their texture amid the summer skies is breathtaking.

Hope Ranch Lavender may be winding down in September but the beauty remains all around. Much of the lavender is cut back in to its tighty green mounds. We will leave all the plants near the event structure uncut so that you can enjoy the view of the lavender surrounding your event. Since we are closed to the public in September, earlier wedding times and access to the farm are more flexible.

The beautifully manicured lavender field of 12,000 lavender plants is perfectly nestled between views of Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, Mt. Defiance and the Fir Mountains. Hope Ranch is an ideal place to host a wedding or an event. The scent and sights of the flowers, the snow capped mountains, the lighting and the sunsets are exquisite all summer long. Hope Ranch Lavender field is beautiful all hours of the day but the lavender field is exceptionally magical during sunset.

Hope Ranch Lavender hosts Weddings up to 150 guests, we also host small weddings, dinners and daytime parties. All events over 30 guests require a day of coordinator. We hold events from late May to early October.
